1. Overview

This website is operated by Nivarelle Rings. By visiting the Nivarelle Rings website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related store policies.

You must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and payment information when placing an order.

2. Products

Nivarelle Rings sells rings and related jewelry products. Product materials, sizes, colors, measurements, and other details are listed on each product page.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, suspected of fraud, or cannot be shipped.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before the order is completed.

We accept only the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are securely processed through Shopify or authorized third-party payment providers. Nivarelle Rings does not normally receive or store your complete card number.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is accepted after payment approval and order confirmation.

Please review your email address, shipping address, size, quantity, and product details before completing checkout.

We may contact you if additional information is required to process your order.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Order cancellations, address changes, or product changes may be requested only before dispatch.

A request is effective only after written confirmation from Nivarelle Rings. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.

6. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

Flat shipping charge: $10 USD
Processing time: 2–3 business days
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 2–5 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. Returns and Refunds

A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and unaltered
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Approved in writing before being shipped back

For change-of-mind, size, or preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The original $10 shipping charge is non-refundable.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Photos or video showing the issue
Photos of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant

After reviewing the claim, we will provide the appropriate resolution and return instructions.

Do not send any item back without written authorization.

10. Website Use

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. You may not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, collect customer information without permission, or copy store content for commercial use.

All store names, logos, product images, graphics, and written content belong to Nivarelle Rings or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Privacy

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, tracking, and other business functions. These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

12. Website Availability and Liability

We try to keep product information, prices, and website content accurate. However, errors or technical interruptions may occasionally occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, Nivarelle Rings is not responsible for losses caused solely by incorrect customer information, product misuse, independent third-party services, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
